These days there are many gadgets available to use alongside and during workouts. Of course, it’s easy to strap on a heart rate monitor and see how well you are doing on a run, but what about when simply lifting weights? Radiate Athletics has designed a shirt that changes color according to your body heat. The science behind this is that engaging your muscles causes more blood flow, and they “heat up” as you work them out more. This heat is then reflected in the changing colors of the shirt. They will have various color schemes and styles ranging from hoodies, shirts, tank tops, and sleeves, in both mens‘ and womens‘ sizes. Currently only the long and short sleeve shirts are available for pre-order, with prices between $20 to $44.99, depending on color and style.
